Resetting Your Password

You can reset your password with the Forgot my password link. This changes your password for all Business Customer Gateway features.

NOTES:

• If you change a password that is used for electronic data exchange, ensure the password is updated in the PostalOne! Mail.dat Client application and batch processor settings.

• Credit card information is automatically deleted when a password is changed.

To reset your password yourself:

1. Go to the Business Customer Gateway logon page on usps.com.

2. Click I forgot my password.

3. Enter your username, then click Continue. Your security question appears.

4. Type the answer to the question, then click Continue.   

5. Enter your new password twice, then click Continue.

6. Click OK in the confirmation dialog box. The logon page appears.
